taymuffin asked: Hi. Is there any such thing as an unbiased news source? I don't believe there is, but I am very interested in things such as women's rights, lgbt rights, and the rights of the individual. I don't know where I can find information that I desire to read. I think abortion is illegal in Oklahoma, and that someone was trying to make it so free prenatal tests were discontinued. I'm not sure if either are true. =( Can you help?
To tell you the truth, I get most of mine from reddit. From r/politics, r/worldnews, and r/news (plus other ones like r/science). It’s generally from a variety of sources, but generally higher intelligence is linked with liberalism. And judging by your news interests, all of those would be covered in liberal media.
I suppose that the best major news source is CBS news, it’s always got an interesting spin on things. But it’s good to get things from a bunch of different places, and it always makes me feel like a smarty pants when I read a story that ends up being on the news that night.
Sooooo. CNN, NPR, CBS, and reddit things, you can mix and match. CNN is so official, NPR is fun to listen to in the car, CBS is an informative news show, and reddit is just really easy access.
Publishing because I’ve never put this into words and it was fun to write.
